Love the way you danced to all sides of this complicated issue. Its been interesting to see both sides, the once highly optimistic liberals in the US screeching the apocalypse is here and one "freedom" minded conservatives cheering their ruler. In my experience, its going to be somewhere in the middle and absolutely none of it do we have control over other than opting out and removing our consent for the system and energy from feeding the matrix.
Kinda like yin yang - the freedom lovers have the shadowy desire for domination, and the establishment types have the hidden desire to rebel. Things are definitely being shaken up!
I keep hearing this saying: "Don't just do something, stand there!" The not-paying-attention-to-the-spectacle approach is definitely underrated.
If she had gone on Rogan we would have been able to do almost an A/B test to see the effect of a single media personality. I wonder if there is some form of regression analysis that a statistics aficionado could do to determine what percentage of the loss could be attributed to each of the "maybes". Either way, great article Arielle. Keep them coming...
It's always difficult to test these kinds of things! I would have been very curious as to how it would have gone with Rogan. At the very least we'd have been able to compare the viewcount and response of the two interviews...
